Our flat bottom coffee bag has two addtional highlights: one-way degrassing valve and tine tie. For odour retentive coffee bags, it needs a one-way degassing valve which helps to remove excess gas inside the bag produced by freshly roasted coffee. The working principle of the degassing valve is that when the gas generated by the items sealed in the bag reaches a certain pressure, the gas can be pushed from the inside to the outside to open the degassing valve sheet, and the excess gas is discharged outward. The valve closes automatically when the pressure reduces to a level that cannot open the valve sheet.The valve will automatically open only when the pressure inside the bag is higher than the pressure outside the bag otherwise, it will not open, therefore the external air cannot enter the bag. It is needless to say One way degassing valves are extremely important to be used with products that produce gas after being packed.

 

While coffee may be a shelf-stable product and can be safe to consume after its sell-by date, it will degrade in quality over time. Tin ties and zippers are two of the most affordable, accessible, and easy-to-use ways roasters can seal coffee bags or pouches. Its was done using a thin length of covered wire. This wire could be fastened around the end of a packet and re-tied whenever the bag was opened.

There is no strict MOQ frankly, but the more qty, the less unit cost. Also normally, for small qty we can use digital printing as small, no MOQ constraint for start. But for gravure commerial production, it's better to start with 10,000 pcs. Negotiable..
